University of Oregon Counseling and Testing Center

The University of Oregon Counseling and Testing Center (UCTC) provides comprehensive mental health and testing services to UO students. Clinical services are available to currently enrolled University of Oregon students. All information shared by clients, including requests for services and client use of services, is maintained as strictly confidential within the UCTC. The UCTC aims to develop and maintain a positive psychological climate on campus by promoting personal growth, and respecting and supporting cultural pluralism within our diverse community. All UCTC facilities, services, workshops, presentations are accessible to students with disabilities.

UCTC Services provided include:

  • Individual counseling
  • Couples counseling
  • Group counseling
  • Assessment for hormone or surgical treatment
  • Online self-help resources
  • Outreaches
  • Psycho-educational classes and workshops, and
  • A variety of testing services

Sexual Assault Support Services

Sexual Assault Support Services (SASS) are currently offering a weekly drop-in support group for anyone in the LGBTIQQA community who identifies as a survivor of sexual violence. SASS groups provide peer emotional support in a confidential and safe atmosphere that allows you to build trusting relationships while engaging in self exploration and self empowerment.

Those eligible for this group:
     Are 18 or over
     Identify as a survivor of sexual violence, past or present
     Identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, and/or Queer

People of all genders are welcome.
